Langutai Barfi
7017m
Langutai Barfi 7017m was twice
attempted from the North Face without success that is why there are two
opinions about its actual height. It is generally believed to have an
altitude above 7000m or 7017m. Its South Face presents ideal alpine styl e
climb via Roshgol Valley- Terich, but no climber has approached this peak
from Roshgol Valley route. It has many positive sides that: It is one of the most beautiful
peaks of the Hindukush range and ideal peak for smaller expedition. Other
features of the peak are as follows:
-
It is only 2
days trek from the jeep road.
-
It is still
unclimbed.
-
Its South
Face presents easy route and also very suitable for Skiing and Snow
Boarding.
-
It is still
unexplored.
-
Challenging
rock walls of Langar Zom 6850 and Saraghrar West 7330m also flanks it.
This rock wall is still unclimbed.
